The Divided States of America
I'm a little confused here, we call our country the United States of America, right? well, we've all seen
the map I have above, we see it everyday on the news, that shows us what states are democrat and which states are republican,
who is voting for Bush and who is voting for Kerry, showing how divded we are in this country. This I believe is one of the
major problems in The United States of America, we aren't united at all. If you are a hardcore democrat you won't
get along with a republican or visa versa. I have a Kerry sticker on my truck, I can't tell you some of the stupid remarks
i've gotten from republicans for having my own opinion. What about the Democrats who attack the republican headquarters in
certain cities. There is a major problem here. We need to put aside these political titles and unite as Americans, not as
democrats or republicans, AS AMERICANS! Until we do unite we should not call ourselves The United States of America, we are
The Divided States of America.
